Soil and Septic Approval Finding
Based on soil and percolation tests, the following permits may be issued for the proposed lots of
Seneca Farms. The lots in Phase II are further subject to approval of Venango Township and governmental requirements for FINAL plot approval.
Permits are subject to approval of the Erie County Health Department of the design of the particular system
based upon the residence being served by the septic system and the payment of the required application fees.
